In most cases we will manage the link up of electricity to your Spacekube. These details will be discussed with you once we have completed our site survey and we will always agree with you what is incorporated in the construction project. If there are any specialist requirements on your project we will always aim to identify these before work begins.

Solarlux glass structures from Spacekubes are an attractive, quick and environmentally conscious alternative to a traditional house extension. As installation takes a substantially shorter period of time, disruption caused to your daily life is far less than that of a traditional brick or stone building project. In most cases, garden rooms also do not require planning permission.

Yes, absolutely. If one of our standard models doesn’t quite fit your needs, why not take a look at our KINGSBARN option here.

In most cases, we use a more environmentally friendly groundscrew system instead of a concrete foundation. However, this is subject to a survey on your premises and will depend on the site. We will always discuss the positioning of your garden room and the laying of foundations as part of our survey.

The precise specification of your Solarlux glass structure will depend on the size and model you choose from us. We will always provide you with a detailed outline of what is included in your garden room before you place an order and we will always look to accommodate any changes or specific requirements where possible.

We can also arrange for the electricity to be supplied to your household unit (fuse box) via an armoured cable.
